The job holder will provide management support in reviewing and recommending credit proposals of the Bank thus maintaining a good balance between returns and risks exposure. Highly successful in leading a team of credit approvers to ensure high standard credit quality of the portfolio by using various credit assessment tools. Actively engages in the development, implementation, review and monitoring of various credit programs and providing training and coaching to continuously upgrade the competency of the team members. Actively and efficiently participates in reviewing and developing the Bank’s credit approval policies and guidelines as well as participate in ad hoc projects of investigative or trouble-shooting nature on specific customer portfolio requirements. Oversee the implementation and constant enhancement of the overall customer service culture within Credit department.
Requirements:
BSc. in Accounting, Finance or equivalent. Adequate years of experience in credit control in a banking environment. Effective interpersonal skills, dynamic and energetic. Arabic & English language abilities.
