Responsibilities:
My client, a leading operator, is currently looking for NOC Manager to join it's ambitious and dynamic environment. You will have experience managing network operations and ensuring the delivery as per committed SLA and KPIs. The NOC Manager is the main interface for the Operation and Maintenance of the Network, and be responsible for achieving the assigned business performance goals within the scope of work delegated by the manager. You must have with a good background in Managed Service projects and has good understanding of NOC processes and procedures (ITIL, eTOM, MSTOP) with a good knowledge of Ericsson/Huawei/Nokia equipment. We are looking for someone that has experience as a NOC Manager previously and has a good understanding of process and risk and crisis management.
